Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Paradise Computers & Networking currently operates without a public retail storefront. All services are offered through remote sessions, scheduled drop-offs, pickups, and onsite visits. Because of this, customers are not expected to navigate a physical office, parking lot, or service counter.
 

For any in-person interactions:
 

  • We can arrange ground-level pickup/drop-off with no stairs.

  • We offer contactless handoff when preferred.

  • We can meet at an alternate accessible public location if needed.

  • Onsite visits can be tailored to your mobility and accessibility requirements—please just let us know in advance.
     

Our goal is to ensure every customer can comfortably receive service.
